Eligibility for Replacement

A replacement request is accepted only if:

• The product received is damaged or defective

• A wrong model or variant is delivered

• The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery

To qualify, customers must provide:

• Clear photo and video evidence of the issue

• A complete unboxing video recorded in one continuous shot showing:

  • Outer shipping box

  • Product box

  • The defect/problem

Important: Replacement will not be processed without a proper unboxing video.

Not Eligible for Replacement / Return

Replacements or returns will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind or incorrect product selection

• Damage caused by mishandling or after usage

• Missing or incomplete unboxing video

• Issues reported after 7 days

• Lack of funds after order placement

• Products that have been activated or used

Replacement Process

1. Customer reports the issue within 7 days

2. Customer submits unboxing video and other proof

3. Technical team verifies the issue

4. Return pickup is arranged

5. Replacement is dispatched after inspection and approval

Refund Policy

A refund will be issued only if:

• The replacement product is unavailable or out of stock,

• And cannot be provided within 14 days of the order.

In all other approved cases, a replacement will be arranged — no direct refund.

COD (Cash on Delivery) Cancellation Policy

• 60% cancellation charge applies for COD orders cancelled before dispatch

• If the customer refuses delivery, no refund will be issued

• COD orders cannot be cancelled once shipped

• Repeated refusals may result in COD being disabled for future orders

• Fake or unverifiable orders may be cancelled at our discretion
